• Monthly Beauty Box: A curated physical shipment of skincare products, accompanied by a digital guide.
• Digital Prescription Tracker: A web/mobile application to help you track your skincare treatments and medications.
• Virtual Consultation: A 45-minute one-on-one video session with a certified skincare professional for personalized advice.
• Personalized Routine Notifications: A custom reminder system sent via SMS or email to guide you through your daily skincare routines.
• Local Cosmetologist Finder: Access to a directory of professional cosmetologists in your area.

1.2. Professional Services

• Digital Beauty Blueprint System: Software for professionals to create and manage custom beauty plans for their clients.
• Digital Upsell Suite: A set of tools and templates to assist professionals in upselling products and services.
• Priority Booking System: A calendar management platform to streamline client bookings.
• Prescription Implementation Services: A support service to help clients integrate prescribed products into their routines.
• Core Courses Access: A library of educational video courses and materials for business and skill development.

2. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

• Payment Processing: All financial transactions are processed through our third-party payment gateway, Square. We do not store your credit card details.
• Subscription Management: Subscriptions renew automatically as per the selected term (e.g., monthly). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal at criswyant.com/account. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period.
• Digital Products: Due to their nature, digital products (including courses and software access) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
• Physical Goods: Our Monthly Beauty Box has a 14-day return window for unopened and unused products. Please refer to our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

3. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

3.1. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Criswyant's liability for any claims arising from your use of the Services is limited to the total amount you paid to us for those Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

4. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in California, as detailed in our full legal documentation.
