Master Service Agreement

This Master Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of services provided by Criswyant ("Company").

Services Provided

The Company offers the following services, as described on our website:

  • Digital Beauty Blueprint System: A customized digital skincare routine plan delivered as a PDF document within 5 business days of client questionnaire completion.
  • Virtual Consultation Booking: A 45-minute video conference with a certified skincare professional for general wellness and beauty advice.
  • Access to Core Courses: Provides unlimited streaming access to the pre-recorded video course library available in the member portal.

Customer Expectations

Client agrees to provide accurate, non-medical skin information. Services are for general wellness, beauty, and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Payment Terms

Fees for services are as listed on the website and are processed via our third-party payment processors. All payments are due at the time of purchase or as per the subscription terms.

Subscription Terms

This section governs all recurring subscriptions offered by Criswyant.

  • Recurring Billing Authorization: By subscribing, you authorize Criswyant to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) for the subscription fee.
  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
  • Scope of Access: Subscription provides access to the services included in your plan, such as the Community Forum, personalized notifications, and educational content, for as long as the subscription is active.
  • How to Cancel: Subscriptions can be managed and canceled through your customer account portal at criswyant.com/account.
