Purchase Documentation

For each batch of products sourced for our Monthly Beauty Box, we generate a proforma invoice or quote which includes our business details, the products, SKUs, and wholesale costs. This serves as our internal purchase order documentation.

Direct Brand Partnerships

In cases where we partner directly with brands, we execute a Letter of Intent (LOI) or a formal Brand Collaboration Agreement. This document outlines the terms of the purchase, including quantity, product details, and wholesale pricing.
